Built in the early 2oth Century as a fort folly, has today been transformed into a unique, stylish and luxurious self catering first floor holiday apartment which benefits from the on site coffee lounge and weekend wine bar. It is set in an easily accessible location in the village of Kewstoke on the edge of Weston-super-Mare and Worlebury woods  (ideal for mountain biking, running or walking).The apartment has off road parking and offers stunning views of the severn coast and the unspoilt beach of Sand Bay.

The accomadation boasts a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area that extends onto a generously furnished roof terrace on which you can relax, enjoy a barbeque or simply soak up the the atmosphere as you gaze across the Bristol Channel. There is a large shower room with a double shower and two generous bedrooms: one kingsize and a twin bedded room that can easily accomodate an additional fold away bed, and or cot if required.

Internal furnishings have been chosen with luxury in mind: A 50” flatscreen TV, DVD, IPOD docking station/CD player and games console will keep you entertained should you need it whilst the kitchen offers a dishwasher, american fridge freezer , electric oven gas hob, microwave oven and washing machine for your convenience. A variety of welcome packs including both baby and special occasion can be pre ordered should you wish to do so.

For the sporting enthusiast there are two fantastic golf courses nearby: Worlebury (less than a mile away) and Weston-super-Mare (a classic links course), whilst Celtic Manor (host of the 2010 Ryder Cup) is only 40 minutes drive away. North Somerset is also a mecca for fishing whether it be sea, coarse or game and the owner, a keen fisherman and golfer is always on hand to offer advice and tales of the one that got away!
